Spent the New Year's Eve in a small hotel located in the central area, which had a cozy touch. The staff was very attentive and offered good recommendations for local places to visit. Breakfast was simple but with fresh pastry. The rooms were comfortable and had a good decoration taste. The hotel was located near to the commercial center, ideal for shopping and dining.
The bathroom was a bit small and had some issues with cleanliness. Despite the hotel being located in the center, it was in an area with a bit of noise.

The hotel staff, particularly Estefania and the breakfast room attendant, were extremely friendly and helpful. It has a lovely mountain atmosphere that adds a cozy touch.

Easter at this hotel was okay. the room was comfortable and had a view of the city skyline from the window. the staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the city. the location was good, close to restaurants and shops. the stay was pleasant.
The breakfast was not great. the food options were limited and the quality was poor.
